Tai Chi Classes for Health & Wellness 

Tai Chi is a gentler form of the martial art Kung Fu. It is well known worldwide for its defensive techniques and health benefits. It has evolved over the last 800 years ago as an effective means of alleviating stress and anxiety and is considered a form of 'meditation in motion' which promotes inner serenity & peace and helps to release tension, manage pain, and loosen rigidity.  Its proper name is Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan). 

Add tea and you have a Tea & Tai Chi wellness session. This entire experience is designed to create inner peace and calm, reduce stress, boost mental alertness and increase stamina.  We bring 2 carafe of teas (choice of white, green, black or herbal) for tasting for up to 25 people. Dry product can be made available for purchase and home use.  Additional carafes will necessitate an additional fee.

Herbal Health Workshops & Tea Tasting

As the great philosopher, Socrates says, "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine thy food". The health benefits of drinking tea and herbal blends are not widely known. We provide onsite herbal health workshops covering a wide range of information from the cause of dis-ease and how tea, herbs, and other foods help us become healthier. This interactive workshop will engage participants in remembering old family remedies, shares recipes and various other health tips.  We cover the general health benefits of tea, different tea types, where they are grown, how they are processed, the different ways to brew the perfect cup of tea, and the best sweetener for various tea types. This workshop includes tastings of two teas.

Group Mindfulness Stress Relief / Sessions

The Mindfulness Stress Relief Sessions with The Vibe Tea House lead participants through 30, 45, or 60 minutes of total relaxation techniques aimed at relaxing muscular tension, calming the autonomic nervous system and bringing participants into a complete mind, body and breath rest. This restorative practice helps participants harmonize mind, body, mental and emotional processes leading to a more calm alertness in life. Guided exercises are based on the science of mindfulness and neuroscience.
