  • Using loose-leaf tea, you can expect to get 2-3 cups from each serving (1- 1/2 tsp).

  • Tea is best consumed clean (unsweetened and no milk), however if you desire a sweetener, we recommend 100% pure maple syrup for flavorful tea blends and 100% raw honey for teas that are more bitter to the taste. 

  • Monk Sugar and Stevia leaves are also good alternative sweeteners

  • Milk can be added to Chai teas if desired.
