About the event

Through the gentle practice of Tai Chi, participants can discover a path to inner calm, improved health, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. Deep therapeutic breathing done in tandem with each movement aids in energizing and healing the body, mind, and spirit. Classes include whole-body warm-ups and beginner and intermediate moves.  More advanced Tai Chi sessions consist of deep breathing, standing meditations, and Qigong instruction, which are introduced based on participants’ level of fitness.
